Our apologies for the lack of new information forthcoming on this site. Since the decision to emphasize AUXCOMM as our structural model, and to echo a previous post, we had no idea the amount of work and change that would be involved. Changes and updates are still occuring, the number of volunteer hours to the Sussex County Department of Emergency Operations is increasing, the range of responsibilities with the EOC continues to expand and we are headed into our busy season of events. All of the above, and it’s also the beginning of Hurricane Season.
New material will be coming to the site shortly. Look for a new and updated Operations Manual, along with the new management structure and an introduction to the Management Team members.
