This annual festival in the town of Bridgeville is iconic, exciting, and a lot of fun. Assignments are primarily on-foot with an HT, working in teams of two on the streets of Bridgeville, in support of the Sussex County Emergency Operations Department Mobile Command Unit (MCU).
