The Sussex AUXCOMM Group will be supporting the operation of the Mobile Command Unit at the Balloon Festival 9/14 and 9/15 at the Delaware Coastal Airport in Georgetown. Saturday’s Operational period is tentatively 1300 to 2100. The two operational periods on Sunday are 0630 to 0930 and 1300 to 2000.. We will need operators for the MCU and the EOC. This two day event will provide an opportunity for operators to become more familiar with some of the support systems on board the MCU and in the RACES Station. Exercises designed to test EOC to MCU communications will fill in the idle time.
